Dinesh Grover, MBA-I(b), PCTE, Ludhiana
Mr. Gaurav Jindal is the owner of Manish Enterprises jointly with his father Mr. Tarsem Chand Jindal and his brother Mr. Manish Jindal. He has completed his M.Com. The firm is doing the business of Coal-Trading.
Like every business they have faced certain challenges / problems like finance and knowledge about their business (lack of knowledge). Solutions to these problems were Bank Overdrafts for financial problems and regular visits to suppliers as well as customers to gain more and more knowledge about the business.
On being asked that if they are happy with the growth of their business he replied that they are happy with the growth of their business but still they want to grow further in future.
On being asked that if they wanted to manage the business by themselves or they want to have some managers to manage it, he said, “at present we want to manage it by ourselves because we are doing very well now but in future we may appoint someone as per our requirement”
They keep their employees to be motivated always for which they try to keep them satisfied, that is they try to meet their all possible requirements.
